A private tour of world UNESCO heritage site, the second capital of Thailand: Ayutthaya, where existed from 1351 to 1767, and was one of the largest and most prosperous empires of its time. The ruins of many impressive temples and places give an impression of the wealth of the ancient kingdom. First visit, we'll take you to the most famous Buddha’s head which is inextricably joined with a Bodhi Tree at Wat Mahathat. Followed by Wat Phra Si Sanphet, which was the royal monastery, and three adjacent Ceylonese pagodas situated on rectangular platforms. Take a quick snap of the Reclining Buddha at Wat Lokaya Sutharam before you leave Ayutthya. You will be transferred to the pier then sit back and relax with Luxury of Grand Pearl Cruise.   • A strict dress code applies at Summer Palace. Man must wear long pants and shirts with sleeves (no tank tops). Woman must be similar modestly dressed (no see-through, no tight or torn pants, no miniskirt). You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
  • Other temples or place of worship, you are required for dress code too : no shorts or sleeveless tops allowed, knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
  • For children under 4 year-old will be free of charge , and 4 year-old will be charge as adult pricing.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our guide, First, was punctual, knowledgeable and funny. We were picked up at the hotel and the guide explained what the tour will entail. We were concerned about the timing of the return because we had to catch an evening flight out of Bangkok. The guide immediately changed the return route where the van would take us directly to the airport instead of taking us back to the hotel - which alleviated our concerns about the notorious Bangkok traffic. The mini van ride in both directions was smooth, and so was the cruise. We visited the Summer Palace, the ancient temples of Ayutthaya and the Chao Sam Phraya Museum, each one a highlight in its own right. The guide, an Ayutthaya native, gave us not only the historic background but also sprinkled the explanations with his personal experiences and commentary which made the visit so much more relatable for all of us. I highly recommend this tour.
