They never showed up. Called the company-said they had no record of the reservation. Gave the reservation number, confirmation number, etc. Still said no record of reservation. Had to take 2 taxis because we are a family of 6. Going to have to go through Pay Pal to get a refund.

Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, Costa Adeje, Tenerife. A Fabulous 5 star Hotel, excellent staff, very comfortable Junior Suite, our second time here, will definitely go again.

A near disaster only just avoided! I am in a wheelchair and my wife went to the help desk and got staff to take me in, very prompt and efficient. We were then taken to Gate38C and left with a promise to return in 45 ins Wrong. 2 and a half hours later we had to ring TUI UK help line to get us out and every other flight had left, all late, some by 3 hours and at last we were shown as A2, All the passing cleaners shrugged their shoulders , and moved on. All the water sales cabinets (3) were broken and after another 20 mins wait one man arrived to push two wheelchairs the whole length of the air port, just in time for take off, But we then discover the flight was 45 mins late, as there was only one bus available to get from gate to plane. TUI SAVE THE DAY with free water and sandwiches when we boarded!.
