I was 15 mins early for the scheduled tour, which I had booked earlier that morning, and after confirming with the hotel reception that I was at the correct address, I waited outside for the tour. I kept waiting until it was past the time for the tour to leave at which point I tried calling the provided number in the reservation, it would not connect so the receptionist at the hotel also tried and got a number not in service message. After waiting further, I live chatted with the viator customer service agent, who was also not able to get through. After waiting a full hour from the time I arrived, I requested a refund. This is still pending. Overall this was disappointing and cost me not only an hour of sightseeing time, but also money, some of which I will hopefully get back, however the taxi fees to the pickup point are lost.
