DO NOT RESERVE THIS TRIP. I read too late that is was a fraud. Nobody showed up and nobody called. We waited 30 minutes for nothing.

Complete lack of communication. I sent multiple messages and informed them that i had booked the trip as a gift so I needed further information. It was not clear where the meeting point was, again, I messaged but no response. Finally the trip was cancelled last minute leaving me unable to book anything else. Disappointing to say the least. There are many more trips in London, I’d advise you book something else.

I sent multiple requests to the operator, but was never given information on where to meet. I still haven’t heard anything from them a day later. It appears to be a scam. I requested a refund.
