Would love to review but it didn’t happen. Can’t believe you have the cheek to ask for a review. Took us a while to find a contact number and no email address to make a complaint to in evening. Had to use what chat which was very frustrating. Viator only response is refund, which I didn’t ask for. The guide when we spoke to him on phone said he hadn’t received booking. Viator and guide need to communicate and sort out problem. In the meantime we are out of pocket with travelling into London. My previous experience with Viator was very good so hope this is a one off and may try and re-book tour as present for my daughter.
