* For all the rest areas we will ask you to come to a meeting point.
* Pickup time is between 7:50am to 9:00am.
* We will inform you of the exact pickup time after your booking.
* If your location is on a street our vehicles can't access, we'll arrange a nearby meeting point for pickup.

If you are 6 or more people then more bookings than one have to be done. In the other hand if you are 4 people and you want 2 Jeeps then you have to do 2 bookings for 2 people otherwise you will be in 1 Jeep.

  • The driver must hold a valid car driver’s license with his ID card in physical form with him in order to participate in the tour (The license must be more than 2 years old - Provisional driving licenses are not accepted
  • Comfortable closed shoes are required for the drivers in order to participate in the tour
  • Not allowed drinking/eating/smoking inside the vehicles
  • Don't forget : closed shoes, Sunscreen, Hat & Sun glasses, Swimsuit, Sea towels, Car driver’s license / with ID
  • Safari Experts Crete reserves the right to change routes or stops for safety reasons or bad weather conditions
  • Not recommended for travelers with serious medical conditions

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
