We will introduce you to a variety of authentic Keralite dishes that you can cook for yourself along with me in a Hands-on fun cooking workshop. We will explain the cooking methods, techniques, secrets, and tips to you. After the cooking, while we all set to enjoy the 3-course meal, we will also brief you about the places here, stories from the history and make you acquainted with Kerala's rich culture & traditions. We will teach you a few simple local phrases related to food. What are you waiting for? Come join us, cook & learn together and have fun!     We had a very nice cooking class from Rejula in Allepey. We learned how to make porotta and appam and Kerala curry. Rejula took good care of us and had everything well prepared. The food was delicious! We will come back next trip to learn more!

    Mrs. Rajula's cooking class was so much fun! My husband and I absolutely loved learning how to cook traditional Kerala dishes from her. She invited us into her home and we cooked several dishes right in her own kitchen, which was incredibly organized and clean. Mrs. Rajula is an expert in the kitchen and she made it easy to understand how to prepare the dishes. I can't wait to cook them at home in the USA! She was so funny and kept the class light hearted and enjoyable. Prior to cooking, she served us coffee and tea and we had a chance to chat with her and her husband about life in Kerala. She is a great conversationalist. After we made the food we all ate at her dinner table, with her husband, and we took turns playing our favorite songs on his very nice stereo. I absolutely recommend taking this cooking class. It's a unique experience in Alleppey!

    Fantastic cooking class with Rejula in Alleppey! She and her husband welcomed me warmly in their house and I learned how to make a couple of outstanding Kerala dishes myself as well as Kerala paratha. Highly recommend this class!
