Took this tour as a Xmas present for my partner. Did not disappoint. Very informative tour about the history of London by our guide, Maria. Her knowledge was exceptional and very well executed with lots of humour! Visited 3 lovely pubs all with lots of history and stories, just the right length tour and not too much walking and a nice relaxed pace. Would highly recommend!

We were scheduled to join this tour on Wednesday, August 7th, and were eagerly looking forward to it. However, this was during a period of violent racism and intense civil unrest, with over 100 planned demonstrations across the country following a week of rioting. My partner belongs to an underrepresented group, and her entire company was asked to leave the office early due to fears of escalating violence. While this situation was beyond the tour company's control, the government had advised people to avoid certain areas. After witnessing ethnic minorities being targeted and attacked simply for the colour of their skin, we did not feel safe being in London. I attempted to reschedule the tour by calling the number provided on TripAdvisor, but the number was incorrect. I then sent two emails and did not receive a response until the following day. The company offered a 50% discount on a future booking, which I find completely unacceptable. Their lack of concern for the safety of their guests is alarming, especially considering that many other tours, theatres, and public events were canceled, allowing customers to reschedule free of charge. The fact that they proceeded with the tour, despite the obvious safety risks, and their complete disregard for the fascist, far-right groups causing havoc on the streets, is deeply troubling. They seem more concerned with their profits than the well-being of their customers. Given their indifference to the safety of ethnic minorities during such a volatile time, I simply could not provide a positive review. All we wanted was to reschedule the tour, through no fault of our own but in the midst of a cost-of-living crisis, they showed poor communication, a lack of empathy, and a total disregard for our safety by expecting us to attend.

Our tour guy Maria was fantastic! She was so animated and gave us so many wonderful stories. The only suggestion I would give would be for the tour guy to distinguish themselves with a flag or something.
