About Auschwitz Birkenau

You will be picked-up in de city center of Krakow. Your English speaking driver will bring you to the impressive concentration camp. After a drive from approx. 1,5 hour you reach the camp where your guide will show you around. The fear and crewel still hits you walking the terrain. 

The national museum exist out of two parts. Auschwitz and Camp Birkenau. The tour will start at the labor camp. The guide will tell you everything about the horrible things that took place at camp Auschwitz and you'll see with your own eyes pictures, testaments, torture rooms and personal belongings of the Jewish prisoners.

You will enter different areas of the camp. The guide shows you around and talks about the terrible proceedings that happened in these areas and buildings. After two hours in Auschwitz the tour continues with a visit to camp Birkenau. This was the extermination camp that was build by the Germans so they could execute even more people.

The tour is offering an impressive and impactful experience. With an overwhelming feeling you will return to Krakow.
