We will pick you up directly from your hotel, apartment between 07:00-09:30am. We will sent you exact pick up time one or two days before your trip by message or text.
Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!!

  • Mask for all guests available in our cars
  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
  • Our cars will be disinfection before each service
  • Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a great tour experience. I was planning to go with another tour company but they were booked and gave me the information of this tour company. Everything went well. One person from our group only came to the Auschwitz part, and the tour guide made arrangements for them to be taken by taxi back to our hotel as we were running late from the first tour. They didn't charge us extra for the taxi ride back either. Tour ran from approximately 830am, and we were back in Krakow at around 7pm. Communication with both the driver and company were excellent. Thanks!
