Our shared tour is organized in small groups not exceeding 17 tourists, to the Ouzoud waterfalls, one of the stunningly beautiful landscapes spread in the Atlas Mountain and the highest falls in North Africa. It’s majestic falls plunge 360 feet (110 meters) to the ground below and refreshing and rejuvenating sight. The tour program takes care of the small details for you so you can enjoy your excursion with the group. The tour is very lively and economically advantageous because the costs are shared.

    Your day tour from Marrakech to Ouzoud waterfalls will start with a 3 hours drive north of Marrakech by crossing the Tadla plains dotted with hundreds of olive tree farms, peach, and apricot. Upon arrival at the village, start your walking journey downhill to the sources while admiring the splendid views of the 110 m high cascades of Ouzoud with a permanent rainbow as a backdrop. En route, some local Barbary apes that do expect some nuts from you will greet you along the way. Local cafés are available next to the stream for a light lunch and to relax before you walk up to the village and meet your driver to return back to Marrakech. Your day trip to Ouzoud waterfalls will end late in the afternoon in Marrakech with a drop off at your hotel or the nearest accessible point to your riad.

This company never returned our phone calls or emails. Luckily our guide, Said, from Ando Travel Agency, contacted this company and arranged our pickup. But a guide never showed up and still took our money. I will never book with Time Out Travel again. Horrible experience.

Sin duda la mejor excursion que hicimos en marrakech,la hicimos en grupo y nos costi 20€ por persona, más 2,50€ del guia(te dicen oocional, pero acabas cogiéndolo), no nos arrepentimos del guia, ya que era super simpático y agradable además como eramos todos españoles pero un pequelo grupo de gente hablaba español y al resto luego en su idioma, ingles y frances. Las vistas son impresionantes y la experiencia única e inolvidable... La unica pega es que te puedes bañar y nos nos avisaron para poder llevar bañador, lo demas de 10!!

We booked in person with Omar -the tour agent- for a 1-day excursion to Ouzoud waterfall but we ended up going to Essaouira because of the lack of communication and organization from the company. The first driver was supposed to pick us up from our hotel but instead we ended up walking to meet him at the main plaza. He drove us to another meeting point where larger vans were taking people to their excursions. After paying him for the trip, he made us go into a van (he also refused to look at out receipt which specified the destination) and left us right away. While in the van, we checked on the map and realized that we were going on the opposite direction to the waterfalls. We spoke to the driver who immediately called his boss who offered a free transfer to the airport for the next day. We didn't have other option than going to Essaouira and taking the free transfer. After losing an entire day visiting another city by other's mistake, we went back to the agency to talk to Omar to see if he could help us with other solution. Unfortunately, the only thing that he could offer us was just a free transfer to the airport which, in my opinion, doesn't compensate the time lost and not even the cost of what we paid. The positive side is that we got to visit a really nice city but still the agency fell short when it came to customer service -except for Omar (the tour agent) who was helpful and understanding.
