Here, we take the boat on a 10 - 15 min lap of the Lagoon. The merge point of the lagoon and the island is simply breathtaking. The visual experience formed when you are at the lagoon is spectacular, since the island engulfs the beautiful crystal waters, creating amazing opportunities for you to take amazing pictures that are guaranteed to be postcard worthy. This island is one of the most beautiful locations in Krabi and you can experience this all for yourself once you arrive at the lagoon.

At this stunning setting, there is an abundance of tropical fish that will join you as you snorkel your way around the island. This tour stop also gives you the opportunity to witness the interesting rock formation at the edge of the island that resembles that of a giant chicken.

Here, guests are provided with a perfect location to relax, while refuelling on fruit and snacks after a busy day of activities. The perfect way to cap off our tour and send our guests home happy and nourished!

So worth the 5.30am pick up - breakfast on the beach, followed by another where we snorkelled, one where we saw monkeys and a monitor lizard crossed our path and then finished with more swimming at the most idyllic beach with white sands and palm trees. What made the day other than the most beautiful scenery was MoMo and her crew - absolutely amazing!! We have done several tours with Simba over the years and every one has been perfect and made all the more so by their team. We have used other tour guides and boat trips but Simba for me are the best for the all round experience Special mention for the banana bread we had for breakfast - wish I’d asked for the recipe - my hubby is still talking about it...

We had a wonderful day out with the crew. Noi was incredibly helpful and friendly. The stops were gorgeous and lunch was delicious. My personal highlight was the sunrise. I highly recommend this trip.

Overall, this tour is great if you would like to see the amazing scenery that Krabi offers packed into one day. Waking up early gave us the opportunity to witness the most beautiful sunset whilst cruising the waters on their amazing speed boat. However, where this tour falters is the focus on how many sightseeing spots and activities we can do in a limited time rather than taking the time to ensure that individuals were having fun. Could have been easily fixed if tour guide showed a little more enthusiasm and just didn’t walk off and leave us to our own devices before informing us of how long we were allowed at each stop. With hopes that the tour would only progressively get better as we were off to a good start, the moment our tour guide Harry really let us down was at lunch time. He had given us an idea of when lunch would be served yet it happened to be ready much earlier. Despite this, he did not take the time nor care to find each person on the tour and tell them where to meet for lunch. My partner and others were left in the dark as we noticed that other people on our tour weren’t around. We scurried to collect our belongings and it was luck that we ran into another couple who were also left behind but were aware of the whereabouts of the group. This was just one scenario of when we were left behind, but is the worse one as upon finally reaching the table we saw what was meant to be a “shared” meal had already started without everyone. The itinerary itself is highly suitable for those wanting a taste of Krabi in a limited time. This could have easily been a 5 star tour if we had a guide that took more initiative to ensure that everyone enjoyed their time thus making them feel the money spent was worth it.
