Private tour to Tsaghkadzor, Lake Sevan, Sevanavank, Dilijan, Haghartsin

The fact of the matter is that I did not go. I had booked this trip with Get Your Guide months before. I heard from Makuna their General Manager that the trip had to be cancelled by them. This was the day before and I had no time to book another trip, so I had a wasted day in Yerevan. I was disappointed to say the least. I was even more disappointed when I had an email from Get Your Guide asking why I had cancelled the trip. This was a complete lie and the company were just covering their own back with get Your Guide. I contacted Makuna who admitted that they had cancelled and we agreed a sum of £40 to compensate me for the upset they caused. To this end I sent her bank details with a view to receiving funds by this means. Today I hear from Soso the CEO of the company asking if the £40 is in addition to the refund that i was entitled to. He seemed to have an issue with me calling what happened a lie. His terminology was a technical mistake. My terminology is being economical with the truth. It was obvious that he didn't want to pay a reasonable amount in compensation. He wasted half my morning with the fact that he didn't like the tone of my correspondence rather than just paying the £40 and ending the matter. It ended with him getting really unprofessional and attacking me personally. I would advise against using this company as I don't think they are trustworthy.

Alright!!! This is my second consecutive review for Hyur Services regarding our second private tour the very next day after we had an amazing half day tour already covered. This time it was a full day tour covering Tsaghkadzor, Kecharis Monastery and Ropeway, Lake Sevan, Sevanavank, Dilijan, Goshavank and Haghartsin Monastery. Long list... Isn't it!!! But trust me in this, Hyur Services are masters at this. They know exactly how to plan and execute these kind of long stretching tours with ease and comfort. This time our tour companions were Mr. Karen and Miss Tamara. Both great individuals and experts at their area of work. Mr. Karen was absolutely humble, chivalrous and patient throughout the whole tour and he made sure to drive us safely and to the best of the comfort possible. Miss Tamara on the other hand, a well spoken, knowledgeable lady with blissful personality, presentation and sense of hospitality who made us walk through each location with great detail and never tried to rush around so that we have enough time to absorb and cherish every moment at every single location. I wish all a great future ahead and once again reiterate my definite wish to visit Armenia very soon again and get in touch with Hyur Services for all future tours in Armenia. Regards, Rahul

Very professional company. Our driver Arakel was a safe driver, always helpful and always on time. We spent a total of 5 days together and had a very good time. The cars of the company are in good condition and communication with the office via WhatsApp was always responsive.
