I went to Benidorm with my 11 year old daughter Ruby and father in law Barry, we knew someone who had recently been and done the Segway tour in Benidorm and it came highly recommended. On the day, we were met by Sergio who was our tutor/tour guide, what can I say about him, he is patient, funny, well educated about the area, a fantastic guide with attention to detail and safety. My daughter lost confidence a couple of time going downhill & he was always there to control the situation to help her slow down. The trip through the town & up into the park was commentated by Sergio through ear pieces all the way telling us about the history & nature of the areas we passed, it was the best thing we did while we were in Benidorm. My father in law who has been to Benidorm a few times said he had seen parts he had never seen before. Sergio, you need to be proud of yourself to be such a professional in the service you provide, you do the tour justice. Hope you enjoyed the drink!!.We will be back & for the town tour next time. Myself and my partner really enjoyed our Segway trip. We had never done it before and I was very nervous at the beginning but was soon put at ease by our guide and was soon whizzing around the carpark practising before setting off on our tour. We did the cliff tour and the views are amazing, the guide lets you stops to take photos and tells you about the history of Benidorm etc. worth every penny!

While looking for things to do on our recent trip to Benidorm I came across Costa Blanca Tour Sedways, so i clicked the link and had a look and thought that would be fun. So I emailed the company for more details, now normally you would wait a few days for a reply but not with this company, within a few hours i got a reply. The person who replied Emilio. We emailed for a few days to set up our tour, Emilio was very helpful in helping us out. So the day arrived for our tour,there was myself,wife and 15yr old son. We had never been on Sedways before so we were all nervous. We had a really good guide and instructor SERGIO. He made us and the group feel at ease. The group was 9 in total. He showed us how the machines worked then we were given around 15 to 20mins to get used to them. Some people took a wee bit longer to get used them than others. My son who never been on one before was flying around on it within mins. The Sedways are easy to handle,all you have to do is relax and have fun. Before the tour started we were all given headsets so Sergio could speak to us during the tour. The tour it self last about 2 hours. The tour took us round Benidorm, down to the beach front and into the hills. There is plenty times for photos. We also had a break down the beach front. It was a great day out for us, we all had a fun time. It set us up great for the rest of our holiday. So if you find yourself in Benidorm and got a few hours to kill then go on this tour, you wont regret it. A BIG THANK YOU TO EMILO AND SERGIO for you did for us and the way you looked after us. Hope to meet up the next time we are in Benidorm.
