My Brother had booked the tour to Tivoli which sounded great. He however only got a confirmation of payment email. There was no other information and he went on the website to find out details. We arrived early to the meeting point to get on the bus and there was no indication of anything happening. We tried ringing them to see what was going on to no avail. They rang when the tour was leaving and we explained we had been at the meeting point and no one was there. They asked us why we we hadn't contacted them but we had. They also said they sent emails with details. Even though we explained we had arrived and there were no emails they refused to give us a refund or rearrange. Based on other reviews I've seen I think this may be a scam.

the actual Villa d'este was great but what was sent to me from this agency wasn't the ticket so i ended having to buy another which was less expensive. and one still needs to stand in line. so i don't recommend using this service
