Hi, I'm Kye. A Japan-born half-Australian semi-pro photographer who's quick with a joke. Traveling through Japan can be awesome, but it can also be challenging. My boys and I are here to make your trip smoother, and more comfortable. Not to mention, memorable! I'll walk you through the best places to visit on our way to Mt Fuji, and we can figure out what works best for your trip:) I've posted some options in the sample itinerary. Please note we won't be able to do everything on the list. With the standard plan, I'd say 4-6 from the list depending on the distance. Not to worry though, we offer up to 6-hour extensions as well as multi-day tours all across Japan! Just let me know what you need;) The standard car I use is a 2023 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. A Japanese luxury van is available as an option as well in case you want the extra space;) ALL pictures on our page are taken by us, photography is included in this tour :)

Pick-up locations are available in the greater Tokyo area. The regular pick-up time is 8:30 AM. However, we also offer an early morning start at 6 AM as an option for people who want a better view of Mt Fuji and don't want to waste time in traffic;)

Don't worry if your hotel isn't listed! I can pick you up from any location in the greater Tokyo area including Airbnbs.

Kids are welcome on this tour! However, kids 6 and below are legally required to be in a child seat so please let us know in advance!

    One of the most desirable destinations around Mt. Fuji. You can get an awesome picture of Mt. Fuji with the Chureito Pagoda (1st picture on this listing). I'm not going to lie, it's a bit of a climb lol

    This is the shrine located at the base of the park. This shrine is for the goddess of fire, one of the smaller shrines out at Fuji. You thought the 2 minute climb up here was bad? Nah mate, still like 300 steps to climb to get to the view haha

    A shrine built for a new era of Fuji worship. This place is brimming with historic importance. Where is the line between genuine religion and a cult? Sorry got distracted for a sec. Anyways, this is where some people start climbing Mt Fuji!

    Right. 5th station. Great for viewing the tip of Mt Fuji if we can't see anything from the town as it's a lot higher in elevation. Some decent shops for getting souvenirs. Great views all round. It snows a fair bit during winter, but don't worry we don't have polar bears in Japan. Yet.

    It's a cable car. Rope way=Cable car. now, with that out the way, it's quite nice. We can get a fabulous view of the two major cities and Kawaguchiko Lake, not to mention Mt Fuji. There is a pair of swings at the top of a hill up there that makes for a great picture!

We had an amazing day with Kye, a wonderful young man who is exceptionally knowledgeable in Japanese everything ! He was full of information, had a nice sense of humor, very accommodating and took us on a perfect tour of. Mt Fuji and the surrounding area. His car is a very comfortable" Limo-Van" with all the comforts you could ever want, heated/cooled reclining, leather seats, wifi, movies and even delicious peach waters treat for us. Kye is a very experienced driver who got us there and back. safely in some rather heavy traffic. Don't bother with a big group tour, you will learn much more with Kye and he will customize your tour to your wishes. He even picks you up at your hotel...right on time!

We were picked up on time at our hotel our driver was very polite and punctual, and had no problem with our spontaneous requests to stop and look at things , he was very knowledgeable on the local questions we had was a fantastic day

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a private tour to Mt. Fuji with Kai, and his friendly and engaging demeanor, made the whole day very enjoyable. The itinerary was very flexible, offering a well-rounded exploration of the mountain and its surroundings. We had the freedom to customize our journey, which allowed us to visit the spots that interested us the most. The weather wasn’t the best but one of the highlights was the fifth station of Mt. Fuji, where we had the opportunity to look down upon the clouds and to witness the mountain's grandeur up close. Kai's English is native level so we had no trouble communicating. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and enjoyment truly made the trip exceptional.
