Read the fine print. Trip to Hampton Court on the day they are closed? I understood tickets were not included but thought I could purchase there. Closed Monday’s. I contacted Viator for refund but they said it is clear admission not included. Agreed but does not say venue closed on the day. Again why would I go? Driver was excellent and very apologetic. Very disappointed in Viator and will not use again. Read the small print.
