Mystic Mountain Jamaica Bobsled (Mystic Silver) van Ocho Rios

Wow! This was the MOST FUN we've had in a while! The day started off a bit rainy which kept many away, and there was no cruise ship docked in Ocho Rios, so we nearly had the entire place to ourselves! We opted for the $159.00 gold package which basically gave us access to everything, including unlimited rides. We also went ziplining, which was a ball! We had the fried chicken sandwich for lunch, and it was delicious! The staffers we met were extremely helpful and very friendly, always smiling and willing to help with whatever we needed. I most loved the Jamaican Bobsled Ride. If it's not too busy and you have the guts, ask the operator to set your sled on what they call the Red Bull" setting and then NEVER apply the brakes! You will not believe how fast that baby will travel! Our only regret was when we had to leave because they were closing! Highly recommended!

My husband, daughter and I did this excursion when we visited Ocho Rios, Jamaica on August 27, 2024. We purchased our excursion through Carnival. When we came off the cruise ship a tour rep was waiting outside, he greeted us and placed wristbands on our wrist then put us on the bus. The bus ride to Mystic Mountain took 5 minutes. When we arrived, a lady at the entrance greeted us and directed us to the sky explorer lift (chair lift) The guys made sure were secured in the chair lift. The lift took 25 minutes to get to the top of the mountain. The view on the way up (700 feet) was so amazing. On the left side was the view of the north shore and on the right was the view of the rainforest. When we got to the top of the mountain a nice lady greeted us, checked our wristbands and directed us to the bobsled. We also rented a locker for $6. The locker was big enough to store our beach bag and back pack. The bobsled ride was so much fun, they can go really fast. We only wished that the ride was longer or that we could have gone twice on the bobsled. Local food, burgers and drinks were available for purchase. We had access to the infinity edge pool and the water slide. Overall this excursion was fun and worth it. We would definitely do the bobsled again and recommend it to family and friends.

I tried booking an excursion online and it was a complete disaster. It didn't work out for me once I got to my hotel and try to confirm everything that I did online, there was a lot of discrepancies It was not worth the aggravation or hassle . I was very skeptical of rebooking any type excursion after that Due to my now, elevated stress level,thank God!!!!!!!! I changed my mind and I had the pleasure of meeting 2 of the most wonderful people I've ever met. They worked for Jamaica Tours, Dionne and Maxine was exceptionally good and professional. Their people's skills was amazing. I felt very confident after they explained my entire package.and everything that was included in the package I chose For myself and my son.They guaranteed me that my ride would be there at 9. AM. And they also guaranteed me that he would be there to pick me up everything they said was the truth. My ride to Mystic mountain booked through Jamaica Tours Was comfortable and relaxing we felt safe the entire way there . Upon arrival, we were greeted by. 2 smiling employees at the front desk, who gave us our wristband band for the day And explain all we needed to know about our ride up into the mountains. Jamaica tours is definitely going to be my pick whenever I visit Jamaica and booking any more activities. I also had the pleasure of meeting a very nice young man by the name of Hsani he was my tour guide on my activity course while my son Zip Line I was very skeptical of doing it at first. But he assured me that I would be safe and he looked very confident in what he was doing. He also took the time out by choice to take videos and pitches of every task. We were trying to complete on that course by this time slowly my scaredness went away and I was now more excited than ever. Most importantly, I would like to thank all the people who made my son's trip to at Mistic mountain memorable from, everyone on the Zip LineCrew,The Raggamuffin Ride the Bob Sled Ride you guys were phenomenal and welcoming I appreciate you very much. After doing all our activities, we were able to stop at the restaurant to get something to eat. That Area was also very clean, very much presentable. They had comforting chairs and tables for us to sit and eat. The atmosphere. There is also beautiful. You're surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers While listening to a variety of birds singing And relaxing music playing.thres lot of choices on the menue like rice and peas, jerk, chicken, beef or chicken patties, There was also a vegetarian option if i'm not mistaken ,Frozen drinks ,fruit punches a variety of sodas.etc It's a beautiful place to visit. You cannot go wrong with visiting mystic mountain. It's worth every penny. The atmosphere, the trees, the flowers . Not to mention their infinity pool with slide So if the day is very hot, you can cool off with a nice breeze from the mountain, soaking up the sun in that infinity pool. Mystic mountain was definitely a blast. It will be on my list the next time I'm in Jamaica. I will definitely visit again.
