My husband and I booked the morning cooking class with Angsana and made Pad See Ew, Thai Green Curry, Sticky Rice with Mango, and the custard in pumpkin! Going in the morning and being able to pick up the ingredients that we were going to cook that day was fantastic and the cooking space was well appointed and very comfortable. Being able to customize the food a bit to our dietary needs (leaving the tumeric out of the curry and keeping the spice level on the lower side) really was special and the food that came out of it was fantastic! At the end of the class her home is an easy walk to the Skytrain and we left with leftovers and I've never been happier to have a fridge on a trip. I would highly recommend anyone interested in curry to choose the thai green curry as it was just wonderful and we will be making it at home very soon.
