Gemeinsamer Transport nach Playa del Carmen

We arrived in Playa del Carmen from the ferry from Cozumel on 02 February 2023. We had our luggage taken from the ferry to the terminal by a friendly bike luggage driver. The very nice gentleman asked where we had to go. We let him know that we needed a taxi to Cancun. When we arrived at the ferry terminal, we were introduced to Tino, who runs a taxi. We asked for the price to Cancun and he showed us a price list, which listed Cancun at 1,450 pesos. For us, the price was adequate, as we had 2 big suitcases, 1 diving bag, 1 hand luggage plus a small dog with us. (Tino loves animals!) Immediately all our luggage was brought to the taxi (went like magic). After Tino had loaded the luggage into his spacious taxi, we were asked if we would like a cold drink - with a wink he told us that the drink was included in the fare. We can recommend Tino with a clear conscience. He has his heart in the right place and is also a very good driver who concentrates on the road. Our driver Tino was great, he was honest and very helpful. He took us out on an adventure where we could see the Mayan ruins, we swam with the tortugas and were able to see the Cenotes. Fiquei horrorizada com o preço de taxis em Cancún. Para nos deslocarmos de 2 a 3 km do hotel o preço variava de 15 a 18 dólares, um absurdo, achei uma extorsão ao turista. Explorar turismo, ok, mas não o turista.
