Spending an evening in Savio's Kitchen, learning to make Neapolitan dishes from scratch was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Firstly, Savio is an amazing host, who welcomes you into his home and his kitchen, where the magic happens. Beginning with the pizza dough, then moving on to a tomato sauce and then back to pasta from scatch, before assembling the pizzas, Savio has the timing and sequence of food preparation down to an art. After the preparation is done, the table is set, the wine is poured, and we all sat down to a family stye meal. So good!
