    Hector was extremely easy to work with and prepared all the paperwork we needed to cross the border from Chile to Argentina. Everything we needed was organized in a neat binder. He was even able to arrange for pick up and drop off at the airport, without having to go to a separate location (for a small fee). We did have to use a translator app a bit for the contract and payment details but it was fine.) The car was efficient, had Apple CarPlay, and managed well on all the gravel roads. The rental was convenient and we had no issues. Would highly recommend and use again.

    We had a wonderful experience with VHM Car rental in Puerto Natales. Hector was great to work with and was very responsive to answer questions and give advice. Everything was very transparent. The contract is in Spanish, but they have a translation in English. To be honest, I was a little nervous about renting a car through WhatsApp instead of a website, but Hector made me feel comfortable about his "family service" and everything worked out perfectly. We had a tight timeline, so Hector met us at the airport for the rental pickup and even brought us food so that we wouldn't have to stop to eat. The car was basic, but it was economical and in good condition. Hector was quick to respond via WhatApp about which routes to take and gave good advice to stay on the best roads. If I make it back to Patagonia, I will definitely rent from Hector again.

    Hector, the company owner, gave us a very personalized and kind service. The transactions for both picking and delivering the car were fast and easy. The car was in excellent conditions, and I believe is the only company in Puerto Natales with a 24 hours service. Also, price was better than any other company. I truly recommend VHM. Greetings from Mexico!
