First off this trip started off terrible and then rapidly declined the entire time
We get picked up and hour and a half after the time we were given. When the boat picks us up it’s dirty and they’re cleaning it with water while we get on. They didn’t have any water to offer us. The bride had asked for white balloons as the decorations months ago and when we’re in the boat they’re blowing up the saddest blue balloons that popped shortly after. We were supposed to stop by a dolphin area and the boat literally just went by it and pointed it out and kept going. We were supposed to stop by a natural pool…never happened. One of tje girls wanted to do snorkeling and there was nothing to see. There are 19 GIRLS on board and they had 2 bottles of rum with soda and a nasty sweet juice and a couple bottles of beer. The “bartender” had attitude and was on her phone the WHOLE time. She would sit down and see us as the bar waiting for a drink and would resume texting and not bother standing up. When asked if we could get us a drink she huffed and puffed, so we started to make our own drinks so she could sit and text. The bathrooms wouldn’t flush. When asked to flush it the captain poured a pink liquid and we had to pee in that pink liquid that was already mixed with piss. They had no appetizers available other than a DIRTY bowl they brought out and put chips in with a can of salsa, they didn’t even bother pouring the salsa into a bowl and all the girls had to get their hands dirty in that tiny can of salsa. On top of everything the captain and bartender each were drinking the alcohol and beer and we ran of alcohol very quickly and were told when the food got there we would get more alcohol. The food got there close to the end of the trip- the chicken was so cold and you couldn’t chew the steak. The bride inevitably was upset because of this horrible experience that we were 100% scammed on. When we expressed our discomfort with the captain he apparently spoke to the bartender who then came to confront one of our girls asking her why she was saying that she was on her phone…..UHHHH BECAUSE YOU WERE AND YOU BARELY LIFTED YOUR HEAD UP OTHER THAN TO TWERK WITH US AS IF YOU WERE PROVIDING ANY KIND OF SERVICE!!!!! The bride texted with the company and expressed all her disappointment and all they responded with was “buenos días”, not even an apology. At this point the least you could do is refund the bride for the worst service possible. No one on the boat took accountability for the terrible service and that’s very unfortunate! And as a company I see the way you respond to the unsatisfied customers and you should be disappointed in yourselves and should honestly shut down if this is how you treat people who are spending their well earned money!!!! And don’t respond with “we provided blah blah blah and you guys received blah blah blah” BECAUSE NO WE DIDN’T and you’re just straight up lying if you think we did. Luckily we had a great group of girls that made the best out of the situation and still enjoyed ourselves only because we provided a space to do so !!!
