Very unorganized, transport pick us up from our hotel then stopped and told us to get off and wait. Nobody told us what we were waiting on for a good 35 mins. We then got into another bus to head to the boat. We got checked in and we sat and waited again. The boat was boring, there was no diversity in the music. They played mostly Spanish music. The experience was horrible,

The boat was oversold and very unorganized. From pick up to drop off they had no clue what to do. Not sure why there is stop before the actual tour begins as it seems completely unnecessary. If you’re paying for a service you should get that very service and not be inconvenienced for it. There were over 15 people in my group alone and we made the best of it.
