Besichtigung arktischer Landschaften in kleiner Gruppe ab Tromso - Sommer

Anthony took us on an amazing tour of Norway’s fjords! Super windy, freezing, exciting adventure. Anthony was incredibly informative and helpful. Highly recommend!

On 10/12/2022, we took a tour with this company in Tromso, Norway. The tour name is called " Small-Group Arctic Landscapes Sightseeing Tour". They said each tour max 8 people. We were a group of 10 people. We assumed that we would be in 2 vehicles with other people. We found out on that rainy day that we were all put in one big van with 4 other tourists plus 2 guides and 1 photographer. It was a full van. The following are our complaints about this tour: 1. The photographer did not take either an individual picture or group picture for us. 2. The van was too full to move around. And we had to have our lunch all in the van with the door and windows closed. 2 days after the tour, my group started to get sick, Covid positive. The first 2 persons who got sick sat behind and in front of the photographer, next to other tourists whom we don't know. Within a week, 6 out of my 10 people tested Covid positive. We all suspect that we caught the disease within that day, sitting and eating lunch within a fully closed and crowded van. 3. The lunch was a joke. It was a veggie sandwich, 2 kinds of veggies and some spread. 4. Originally the guide wanted us to stay in the van for the whole tour because of the rain. I was against the idea and insisted that they should stop wherever they were supposed to stop and let us decide if we want to get out. At the end of the tour, we had too much time to kill. So, they took us to spend some time at a local grocery store. 5. After we came back, I asked for some photos they took during sunny days. They said they would email me and they never did. Based on this, you can see if this company is trustworthy! We paid $125 per person for a 5 hour tour. We ended up not enjoying the tour, the lunch, no memorable photos and got sick afterwards. It is definitely not worthy.

We saved this tour for our last day and so glad we did! It was amazing to get out of the city and see the fjords and beautiful scenery by car and our guide Anthony really made this tour from start to finish! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and knew all the best spots along the way! We took our 10 year old who was made to feel so welcome and included by the guests and our tour guide. Got some amazing pictures of the scenery and fjords plus saw lots of reindeer (to my sons delight!) and lastly we were treated to a delicious lunch with hot chocolate and home made cookies on the beach - what more could you ask for?! An amazing end to our trip - thank you so much Anthony! Amazing!
