Kenny was our guide for this experience. Kenny was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his knowledge and passion of both Singapore and The Gardens with us. Kenny explained the importance of the gardens to Singapore and although not part of the tour, he then accompanied us through the indoor domes and shared a lot of interesting facts about the gardens, which made our experience a lot better. Would definitely recommend a tour with Kenny if booking with WithLocals. We did this tour in the morning and returned at night to see the light show, which is a must-do.

I booked this trip through Tripadvisor. It was supposed to be at 9 AM on a Thursday morning. I received an email at 2:37 AM that morning canceling the tour due to personal matters and that no other tour guides were available. Unfortunately, I didn't see that email until I logged in to download the tickets. This was very disappointing. No other tours could be booked that morning for many of the tours in the city, such short notice. I would suggest you avoid this tour and pick one that has good reviews. Funds are supposed to be refunded (still waiting), so hopefully that actually takes place.
