In our small-group class (limited to 12 participants), you'll team up in pairs to prepare your menu under the friendly guidance of our English-speaking local chef. Coming alone? We'll match you with a cooking buddy. As a bonus for the morning class, we'll visit a local market to shop for fresh ingredients. It was fun to explore the markets and cook together. We learned a new recipe for sangria and paella is a new style of cooking for us. The bonus is we got to eat what we prepared.

Best cooking class we’ve ever taken! Elisa was fantastic. Led us through making six tapas dishes through the evening and concluded with eating as a group while enjoying sangria (which we also made). We took our teenage boys (no sangria for them- they were given their choice of sodas) and they absolutely loved it.

Fantastic cooking class. We booked the class and turns out there were only the 2 of us and unlike other tours they did not cancel. Teresa was awesome. We went to the market learned about the foods and what they are. First we made sangria and then prep for the paella. We learned new skills first the prep work, how to prep saffron, very interesting. We enjoyed sangria while cooking and eating. I am bias but it was the best sangria and paella we had while in Madrid. Great class learned a lot and the time flew by. Highly recommend
