Very cool experience! Anjel was absolutely amazing, and made the experience incredible. Super professional and knowledgeable. The workshop was really well organized and really good food. Highly recommended.

This was a wonderful way to spend our last night in Madrid. The instructor, Angel, was very welcoming and fun! We met some great fellow travelers and shared stories as we made our delicious tapas and sangria.

Going to the market was quite interesting. Seeing how they cleaned and prepared the squid and seeing the “feather “ was something new and fascinating.
