Excellent cooking experience. Felt like at a friends house preparing dinner and eating together. Mr. Edwardo was a pleasant host.

We had such a great time taking this class! Angel, our chef, was very informative about Spanish history and the meals we were preparing. Shopping for our own supplies at the market was such a great touch as it allowed us to see how fresh and local the markets are there. The recipes were delicious and so fun to make. We would definitely return for the tapas portion next time we visit!

Fuimos al mercado y, al momento de cocinar, me explico con paciencia. La comida con pocos ingredientes pero con gran sabor, lo que habla muy bien de la chef.
