I must say that there is a looooooooot of food, very good food. It was a special edition of the food tour, it was only with burgers and beer. It's best not to eat the day before, so you can taste everything :)) The tour starts near Bălcescu Square and goes around the city until you reach Traian Square. During the tour, you pass through 5 restaurants, most of them made mini burgers especially for the tour. It's interesting to compare the tastes, sauces and buns with each other. In addition to food, we also stopped at 2 places with beer. I didn't taste it myself, but the people around me seemed excited and very pleased. Between restaurants we were told about architecture, architectural details especially and their meaning. You can tell that the tour was a success, at least for me and the person who accompanied me, because out of the 5 food places we visited, to 4 of them we returned to and go to frequently.

It was a great way to experience the local restaurants in a city that I wasn't familiar with. The food combined with stories about the history of the city and the people facilitated an amazing experience. After the tour I re-visited over half of the restaurants and planning on visiting the rest shortly. The your was an overall great experience and would definitely do it again, thanks, Vic!!!

Timisoara's Food Tour was an awesome experience. It was my first time at Timisoara, so it was great seeing the city center and eating some local food with different stories in the background (told by our guide). I can fully recommend this tour to everyone who likes city tours and eating/drinking.
