  • If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
  • A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
  • If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Boat had a lot of things that were broken, but staff was wonderful and it was beautiful! I'm not sure why a review must be at least 100 characters, but I'll add this demand to make it happy :)

What a journey! We started with a relaxing cruise on the Nile, followed by a powerful visit to Abu Simbel. Then came the balloon ride, peaceful, surreal, and stunning. I can't recommend this trip enough if you're looking for something extra special in Egypt.

Just spectacular. Mona advised us the whole trip and continuously followed up the experience. At all times he informed us step by step and quickly answered any questions. I highly recommend it, it is an experience that if you go to Egypt is mandatory. To thank Mona again for her work and attention, certainly without her the experience would not have been the same.
