  • If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
  • A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
  • If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
  • If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
  • If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Bateau et personnel super. Une croisière magique. Le temple d’Edfu et kom ombo sont juste incroyables. Le vol en montgolfière était une première et nous avons pu admirer la vallée des reines du ciel

Nasser's passion for his country and its history was evident in every tour and excursion he led us on. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience possible, and his attention to detail and organization skills were impeccable.
