You have to feel confortable and at the end you have to be able to cook at home what she shows you. So you will learn the secrets of the mediterranean cuisine, using simple fresh ingredients, that's the magic of our recipes. Discover our traditions and the way we live and cook. They say that the mediterranean diet is the best, why? we'll give you more details and elements about this. Terry can make vegetarian and celiacs menus to take care of you!

My daughter and I took Terrys Cooking class in September. Terry was a pleasure to meet and we were very impressed with the changes she has made to her business model since the enforced suspension of the cookery school due to the Covid pandemic. Now chases have resumed , and we spent an amazing 3 hours learning how to make pasta , local style meatballs, lemon tiramisu and aubergine starter, then ate it all as a lovely lunch washed down with organic wine. Hygiene standards are spot on. Terry was more than happy to answer all our questions about Italian cooking and local customs. A great experience and can’t wait to recreate the recipes when we return from our holiday .

Forse il miglior ristorante dove mangiare a Sorrento. Ambiente pulito ed elegante, personale molto cordiale, professionale e attento-tutto lo staff si è preoccupato ad accontentare le nostre esigenze. Ampia scelta di cocktail. Ravioli fatti in casa squisiti e altrettanto gli antipasti preparati fuori menù dallo chef. Vino ottimo. Un'esperienza fantastica da ripetere! Grazie da Roma!
