It is the worst ever, I don't recommend that you do any tours with this company. They are very unorganised..You need to wait like an hour on the queue before you start the cruise although they only ask you to come 5 mins earlier. Their boats are not good, and the time is much more than listed because they don't organize boats in the river.

Told to arrive at a certain time. Huge queue. All boats delayed. After 45 mins in the rain got to the dock to find 2 spaces left on the boat. No apologies. Boats looked cramped anyway. Went back to where we got the tickets and surprise surprise can’t give money back. Avoid. Much better boat trips available

What a mockery! Noisy fellow passengers with too little intervention, earplugs that do not fit, skipper who does not tell anything himself and only makes contact with the passengers in a negative way, no boarding aid or gangway, too tight seats.
