We waited 3 hours 51 minutes for the pickup at Christmas Eve, after they sent us the confirmation the day before that they would pick us up at 8 am. They came 10.51, and they didnt pick up the phone when we called and sent messages. No apologies, no nothing. Not trustworthy at all. Worst service in all of Patagonia.

We loved our kayaking day! Martin picked us up at our hotel and was an excellent (English speaking) guide - he had lots of information to share on the drive. Kayaking was safe, easy (being a lake there’s no current or large waves to deal with, just wind), and so enjoyable. The dry suits kept us warm. We had plenty of time to paddle around and just watch / listen. Couldn’t get as close as we’d hoped to the glacier, but we’re able to paddle around some smaller icebergs. The picnic lunch was tasty and plentiful. The trails around the park are in excellent condition and provide many good vantage points. Great tour, would highly recommend!
