  • As we are a coral island — the beach can be a little rocky. We recommend you bring water shoes or buy them at our gift shop.
  • Food and Beverage: there is a premium bar as well as Balashi beer. The food menu is different every day and the snack bar has chicken nuggets, french fries, hamburgers and hot dogs.
  • Cabanas for rent are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • It is recommended that you bring a towel and sunscreen.
  • Our new kids water park and body drop slides are completely open.
  • Caution: Please ensure you read all island poster rules. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or back problems should not ride the Banana Boat or using the Waterslides.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Excellent vacation spot, facilities were well maintained, and the staff was great. Banana boat, slides, and snorkeling were awesome The food was good, and lots of chairs to lay nack and have the kids run around. Really safe environment for kids. Alcohol drinks were included and were good. A really good price for everything you get to do there. Recommend it 100%

Quick boat ride trip to De Palm Island! All inclusive food, beach and banana boat rides! No brainer!

This was our 7th visit to Aruba and we have done many awesome excursions. We were excited to give this a try for the first time...but we were not impressed at all. We found the pictures of DePalm Island to be very misleading. The beach was very crowded. The only nice accommodations were at an additional cost when we already paid almost 500$ for our family of 4 to attend. We were surprised that on an island there was very little open space to explore. Where we stay, the beach is much nicer and more enjoyable. We felt the flamingos were in a very small enclosure looking kind of sad. The other images of interacting with them was also at an additional cost. The food at the buffet was not great and the drinks were tiny. Younger kids might have more fun, but overall, we feel the beauty of Aruba is it's pristine beaches, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing food...DePalm Island did not deliver on any of those. We were all feeling very disappointed and only stayed for 2 hours. We would not do this again and would no recommend it.
