  • It's super important and your responsibility that you take care of yourself from illness, stomachaches or hangovers, etc. There’s no money refund from any of the previous topics.
  • If someone is detected with 37 ºC of fever or more, will be invited to rest in his/her hotel & the money will be refunded.
  • If guests cancel part of the experiences during the tour, there won’t be any refund.
  • Me Encanta Oaxaca reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries, schedules, and excursions for causes beyond its control, with no responsibility other than to refund the amount paid by the guest, total or partial, as the case may be.

Absolutely fantastic tour! Me and my girlfriend really loved it, we especially enjoyed trying all the amazing fruit we have never heard of before. The tour was at a great pace, fully recommend!

Betsaida (and helper Catya) was a warm and energetic guide for this tour. We were able to try so many food and drinks unique to Oaxaca, from local markets to food carts. (Come hungry). Besides food and drink Betsaida shared history and customs of this area. Great tour!

Betsaida was an amazing host - she gave us lots of interesting information about Oaxaca and the culture and was very entertaining. The food and drink we tried was amazing and very generous, and she was very accommodating for our vegetarian. We would have struggled to go to those places without her. Would highly recommend!
