  • If any of the participants arrive drunk or with hangover symptoms at the meet up, we'll ask for to leave for everybody's comfort and for the person itself and the ticket payment won't be refunded.
  • It's super important and your responsibility that you take care of yourself from illness, stomachaches or hangovers, etc. There’s no money refund from any of the previous topics.
  • If someone is detected with 37 ºC of fever or more, will be invited to rest in his/her hotel & the money will be refunded.
  • If guests cancel part of the experiences during the tour, there won’t be any refund.
  • Me Encanta Oaxaca reserves the right to cancel or modify itineraries, schedules, and excursions for causes beyond its control, with no responsibility other than to refund the amount paid by the guest, total or partial, as the case may be.

Fantastic. Don’t hesitate. Betsaida clearly loves what she does. There is a mixture of culture, history and gastronomy that will give you a great overview of the city.

We had such an amazing time on this Food Tour! She was very organized and it never felt rushed, though we covered a lot of places. Everything was delicious! A highlight of our trip.
