They were a no show. When contacted they stated they have a car coming and 20 minutes later when contacted they said they did not. Then they said if I canceled the tour (requires 24 hour advanced cancellation for full refund) they would send a driver and the tour would be on again. 1st time it’s ever happened on a TripAdvisor tour for me

Our guide was very knowledgeable, great grasp of English and wonderful. Highly recommend him. We learned about the history and the tour was very well organized with lunch, ended with a great vantage point for sunset views and airport drop off.

It was fantastic and exceeded my expectations! David the tour guide was excellent providing interesting stories and just the right amount of factual information. I learnt so much!He could also answer everyone’s questions no matter what they asked . He also added his sense of humour to the stories on the tour which kept it interesting. The tour was great and went very smoothly from booking to pick up right on time to drop off.David was also great at constantly offering and agreeing to take photos. He also suggested some and added his own artistic flare which was fun! As I was on my own for the tour this was nice instead of constantly asking strangers to take photosI would definitely recommend a tour guide for the Bagan and the other temples-so much easier than doing it on your own and the knowledge is essential. Additionally I would strongly recommend this company and David. I cannot fault him and he went the extra mile at all times !
