If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A great experience utilizing this transportation. Very easy to find amidst the chaos and we had a safe and comfortable ride to our hotel. I would definitely recommend and use their service again.
