I made a booking through Agoda for a room at Sky Zone, which was supposed to be located on the 46th to 63rd floors. However, I was unaware that I needed to specifically book a space zone, which starts from the 64th floor.
Since I had a layover for a day before heading to Malaysia, I found myself in a bit of a predicament.
When I explained my situation to Ms. Cassandra Faye, I requested a higher floor. Initially, I asked for a room on the 70th floor and above, not realizing that it had to be a space zone.
Understanding the non-refundable nature of my booking and my layover situation, Ms. Cassandra Faye displayed exceptional understanding and took the initiative to address my concern. She went above and beyond by discussing the matter with her colleagues and superiors, ultimately convincing them to provide me with a space zone on the 73rd floor, without charging any additional fees. I had been prepared to pay the difference, but I was truly amazed by her willingness to exceed her limitations in order to assist me. The hotel instantly won my heart through this gracious act.
The experience at the sky bar dining was absolutely breathtaking, particularly during sunset when the views were simply magnificent. The revolving deck, which offers a 360° panoramic view, left me at a loss for words. This was, without a doubt, the most remarkable experience I have ever had, and the hotel staff was unparalleled in their service. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Cassandra once again for her extraordinary gesture.
