Had a bad experience and will NOT be using Viator again due to their terrible customer service. Be prepared you will be in the car for 8-9 hours!

The whole experience was amazing- especially at Erawan Waterfall. One thing set me off was the tour was expensive but didn’t get to ride the Train. The tour guide Chanin wasn’t too bad.

Would be 5 stars, but they need to fix the description. There is no riding the death railway and no swimming during rafting. The waterfalls are superb. The guide and driver were great. You get personal service, so if you have the means, need to do this trip in in day, and want to raft down the River Kwai this is the trip for you.
