Entrance to Hill Top farm is included, however when Hill Top is closed customers will visit The World of Beatrix Potter.   • Please note, the pick up location you have chosen is where you will be collected from. It is not possible to be collected from a different location once chosen. If you are not at the correct pick up location and miss the tour, we cannot offer alternative arrangements.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Very nice tour with Peter to Beatrix Potter sites. Peter is a very knowledgeable and pleasant guide. He was very accommodating in helping us get additional admission tickets. This made the trip much more special. We recommend this tour to cover a lot of ground in a short half day.

Hill House was magical. Our driver, Peter, was fantastic and knowledgeable. Lake cruise was fine but not necrssary.
