Tour guides failed to show, failed to cancel and failed to give a working phone number. I do not recommend this tour.

This tour turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience that went beyond our expectations in numerous ways. Our guide, Chiara, was not only well-informed but also radiated a genuine enthusiasm for Milan's history and culture that was truly contagious. Her deep knowledge of the city's rich heritage and its lesser-known treasures made every moment of the tour fascinating. We had such a nice day with Carmine and our small group! Our guide was very knowledgeable and we appreciated learning a little of the Italian language along the way, in addition to the culture and history lessons. We took Carmine’s suggestions for lunch the next day too.
