Horrible just horrible. We traveled 2 hours for our private tour. Spent $20 to park and the private tour car never showed. We wasted an hour waiting.

They did not show up. Called Viator and they even admitted they have a history of no shows. Got a refund, but lost a day. Will never use them or Viator again

The worst experience we had on our trip, the pick up driver never showed up and we where waiting +1 hour in the location.
