We did not get the tour we booked, we tried talking to representatives but were treated poorly and ended up with a tour that normally cost $14 when we paid $160 for the tour we wanted. I gave this two stars because the driver and guide did their best to make this situation better but it was to late, the damage was done.

Julian was fantastic! He expertly guided us through Monserrate, the Gold Museum, La Candelaria, and the main square in Bogota. We especially appreciated how well-timed everything was, avoiding the crowds and making it fun for our kids. Highly recommend him for a smooth and enjoyable tour!

The experience was better than I expected for my first time in Bogota. Everyone from the Greentrails team was great, booking the trip was easy, my guide (Julian) was awesome and very knowledgeable, our driver (Don Mario) was prompt and car was very clean. The lunch that was part of the tour was one of the better meals Inhad on my trip. They wanted to know what shopping I wanted to do as well and knew the best shops to visit. 10/10
