Embark on a sensory tour through the different flavors of chocolate in Colombia! We will sample chocolates from 5 different regions with differing percentages of cocoa. We will learn all about the chocolate production process, as well as the different tropical fruits that the Colombian cocoa is paired with. Each person will choose their favorite cocoas that they sampled and then we will learn how to make our own chocolate truffle creations out of them! Afterwards everyone will get to take home their own handmade chocolates in a small gift box. Finally we will indulge in a pastry and hot chocolate treat to wrap up our tour. You will have a choice between a traditional almojábana, carimañola, pandebono, puff pastry, empanadas, mantecada, or an arepa made of: corn, anise, cheese, boyacense, or santandereana. By joining us on this tour you are not only enjoying a unique gastronomic experience, but you´re also helping to support local Colombian businesses.

We will sample chocolates from 5 different regions and at different percentages of cocoa, receiving a detailed explanation of the chocolate production process and the brands that are being presented, as well as the different tropical fruits that the Colombian cocoa is paired with. The experience will conclude with the opportunity for each person to make their own chocolate truffle creations!

Amazing experience in Bogota! The guides were knowledgeable, passionate, and easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend, plus the bread and chocolates were delicious
