    Here each guest will receive a pre-purchased ticket to enter the Falls and Park. Once inside the park, it is time to gear up to zip-line! Enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the pristine waterfalls as you soar through the air and walk across suspended jungle bridges positioned OVER THE FALLS. Your zip-line experience includes a series of 7 ziplines and 4 jungle bridges making it an experience to remember. Next is your climb up the 600-foot natural cascading waterfall. You will hike along the river and discover the many pools and cascades all while in the capable hands of your expert tour guides

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The group of men that handled our family were very good at their craft and very caring throughout. My only suggestion is that they need to improve how the pictures are given to tourists after the event. We paid and were shown pictures that ultimately were not downloaded to us and by the time we saw this we had left the area and it was basically impossible to get resolved; missing precious memories.

This was a fun outing! Did not love the pushy vendors at the end of the tour, but we were generous with our shopping understanding tourism has been hit hard since 2020. My daughter loved the zip lining and wanted a longer tour!

Such a GREAT trip!! We had 2 teenagers and an 8 year old with us. We all had a blast! Our Guides for ziplining were fun and definitely kept safety their first priority. Our guide up the Falls was professional and such a nice guy!! KC was his name. I highly recommend this tour! Do know, there is no ATM on site, so bring cash for tipping and anything you may want to buy. Enjoy the day---it was great to get back out into the world. The Jamaicans are lovely and so thankful to have tourism return!
