  • Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).
  • Children must be accompanied by an Adult
  • Service Animals can be accommodated and accompany the passenger inside the coach. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented, please inquire with operator if your certification is valid prior to travel.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The coach can be hot on warm days. The driver limited running AC only when in transit. The connector offered a stress free trip to YVR.

Extremely easy to book. It’s not clear where to find the desk at Vancouver airport and this could be improved. Driver in Vancouver was efficient but didn’t talk. The drivers in Victoria were super friendly and one was so funny. It’s a very efficient way to get to Victoria from the airport.

Great experience! Staff was great with explaining the process to a newbie. They ran right on schedule: I left from Victoria Central; after the ferry, airport-destined passengers and luggage were very efficiently transferred to another bus that took us directly to YVR. If I need to to make the Vancouver-Victoria connection again I'll definitely use the BC Connector!
