Totally crowded with no possibility to get the audio guide. Some people didn't even get on the boat because of the long queue even though we were there 30 minutes earlier. To be fair, it was new years day but still overbooked. Apart from that the tour was nice and the view was great.

They let you wait in a boat with nice tables, and ask you to go to a not so nice boat for the cruise. The tour guide audio is not very clear. Also not enough earphones for all passengers.

The booking went smooth and I got the ticket fast, but then I noticed there was no dock number indicated. The hotel staff tried to call the number indicated without success. I went personally to check out all docks and there was NO cruise leaving at 19h00 anywhere.
