Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point.

Pickup point for all Bahia Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel - Bahía Principe complex is consists of 5 hotels, so it's five different lobbies. We schedule the departure from one meeting point for the whole complex, which is only a few minutes walk away from each lobby.

If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name to confirm your pickup time.

Should you need to reschedule your activity, please contact us as soon as possible, as the tour sells out quickly.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I took this tour with my 13 year old son. Our guide was Chester. We had a good time. Chester took the time to explain all the rules and safety instructions. He made sure we were all secured. My only complain is that we all felt the time in the cenote should be a little longer. Overall we enjoyed this tour very much.

Buena actividad, el cenote muy bonito y divertido con su tirolina, las tirolinas y puentes son normalitas pero no están mal. Sobre los ATV dejan un poco que desear, están bastante machacados y te lo venden como paseo por la selva, pero realmente lo que haces es ir por un camino dar la vuelta y volver 2 veces, es decir ir de punto A al punto B 2 veces realmente no existe el paseo por la selva. Por otro lado destacar al instructor que tuvimos, Miguelito papichulo!! Todo un crack la verdad que fue lo mejor de la actividad. Todo el rato animando a todos.

Jorge was an amazing guide! We paid for the VIP and it was worth it having a private cenote. The tequila testing was great we all was pretty lit after it. Zip line was fun but ATV wasn’t that great I could have done without.. but everything else was amazing!! Jorge of the jungle is definitely the way to go if you wan an amazing time
