DO NOT BOOK THEIR AIRPORT TRANSFERS!! We booked them through Expedia a private van roundtrip airport to hotel. I've NEVER experienced something like this. Not only were they hard to find - had to ask other taxis in the area for their information - they took TWO hours to finally pick us up. The communication between the representative at the airport and the driver and us was awful. Multiple times we confirmed a certain information just to be told something different later on. It wasn't just us either. Multiple other groups appeared to be in the same situation waiting around for just as long - some longer because they were there before us. They have a terrible method where they have a certain designated driver booked for you and if that driver doesn't show up, you're basically just stranded there until he/she decides to do so. Finally a member in our group spoke up and said "why don't you just book us another available driver" and bam, 5 minutes later we were picked up. Common sense??? After a long day of traveling the LAST thing we want to do is just stand around for hours when we had confirmed pick up and everything. I've been to Mexico before and I've never had to deal with something like this. Now this was a whole ordeal being picked up FROM the airport, imagine being picked up to go TO the airport?? The nightmare of anxiety of a possible missed flight? No thank you. Stay far away from them as possible.

We had to wait for an hour at the airport for our private shuttle. The shared shuttle left well before our private one arrived. We might have gotten to our hotel quicker on the shared shuttle. MTS customer service will not return my emails.

Llevamos más de 40 minutos y no pueden dar el servicio. Pésima actitud de los empleados mal encarados. Muriendo de calor, sin una botella de agua, ni asientos donde esperar. Y solo te dicen que x obras es de 2 a 3 hrs la espera. Si pueden contratar otra empresa no lo duden
