Round transportation service is available from Plaza La Isla Shopping Center in Cancún to the theater. The cost of this service is $20.00 USD per person.

To add this service, the client must contact the Customer Care Center of the attractions - phone numbers available in the voucher that you will receive when you book the tour.

Service hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (CST).

    JOYÀ, the first Cirque du Soleil resident show in Mexico, combines culinary and performing arts in an intimate theater setting to engage the audience's five senses. If you selected seating with dinner, please note the dinner starts an hour before the show Ticket Options: High Stool: A comfortable bar stool in the 2 last rows of the theater. Beverage and food are not included. Show Only: Seats are located off to the side of the stage. Beverages and food are not included. Champagne: Central premium seats, gourmet appetizers and a half-bottle of Mercier Champagne per person. Dinner and Champagne: Seats close to the stage and a 3-course gourmet dinner plus a half-bottle of Mercier Champagne per person. VIP Dinner Champagne: The best seats in the house and a 3-course gourmet dinner plus unlimited Mercier champagne during dinner.

A fantastic Cirque show - and we've been to see 6 other Cirque shows. It definitely ranks up there with the better shows. What makes this experience so great/different is the three course meal before the show - it was unlike anything I'd had before - the waiters really help make it a magical experience by explaining what everything is and encouraging you to try the different food on offer.

Amazing!!!!! This is a must and keeps you entertained throughout the entire event. Recommend the dinner because the presentation is very unique.
