This is a scam! It only costs $100 for two people to enjoy this excursion but Viator charged us $249!! Then there is an additional charged of $16 per person upon checking in. Furthermore, the website provides start times that do not exist. Our ticket said the excursion started at 10am, but the email from Viator stated that the excursion left the dock at 1030am, but when we arrived we were informed that the excursion didn't start until 11am. We also received an email asking which hotel we were staying at, only to be told that we had to arrange our own transportation. For best results, book with the excursion company directly and cut out the middleman, Viator.
